TRAINING FRAMEWORK
Introduction
Just Bee is a frontline charity based in the heart of Dundee. We function as a de facto crisis centre, support hub and community arts service.
Our services are available to anyone who requires assistance across a wide range of social issues including mental health emergencies, food insecurity, social work and housing issues. We provide a regular program of participatory group activities, one to one support and advocacy, free hot meals, volunteer and employment opportunities and a community cafe.
Just Bee Productions aim to offer this training framework to community members, third/voluntary sector volunteers and staff living and working in Dundee.

Defining our Training Levels*
Each level defines the knowledge and skills specific to the person’s role in relation to mental health improvement and the prevention of self-harm or suicide, underpinned by human rights and person-centred values. Each level defines the knowledge and skills, specific to their role that people should have, rather than in relation to their seniority with the organisation or their profession.
